What did you do this morning?

At 5a.m. this morning the BRN crew was out taking photos for a new real estate catalog. These shots were taken in Boulder, CO right up against the foothills. To our surprise we had a few deer come and pose for their portraits. The foothills of Boulder are beautiful at sunrise.

The amazing storms that have gone over our Colorado studio have made the skies seem almost surreal. With both of my children by my side we decided to take a few photos of the lightning that was occurring. This photo is an example of what we captured.My children learned that lightning isn’t so scary. It is bright just like the photo strobes in the studio. The main difference is that we should not combine water with the photo studio lights. Electricity and water only mix in nature.
